Physio exercise and clinical Pilates classes
We are delighted to announce we are now offering physio exercise and clinical Pilates classes lead by our new physiotherapist and qualified reformer and mat Pilates instructor, Elise Crimmins. Sari will be able to help you reach your goal no matter what level, our group clinical Pilates is open to all levels.
The group classes will have no more than 3 participants to allow for close supervision and individual attention. Each participant will have exercises specifically tailored to their needs and goals.
If you feel you require more attention, we offer 1:1 sessions to assist you reach your goals faster.
